Health, Dental, Vision

This section is broken down into three separate areas:

Voluntary health coverage - available as supplemental coverage to existing group medical plans. Individual health insurance may not meet state mandates for employer-sponsored insurance coverage. For more information on voluntary employee-paid health products, go to voluntary worksite products.
Voluntary dental coverage - available through many carriers, these plans are very similar to employer-sponsored plans. AIG offers a traditional, voluntary dental plan using the Delta or AIG network. Alpha Dental is a locally owned dental system with no limits and no waiting periods. Direct Dental Plans is a non-insurance dental plan that uses the DDP or Aetna Network, with no waiting periods or benefit limits - coverage starts immediately.
Voluntary vision - Vision Service Plan (VSP) is available to employer groups of 3 or more on an employee-paid basis. Alpha Vision Plan is available to all employer groups and is a no-limit, discount plan using many providers in the Rocky Mountain area. Direct Dental Plans also provides a discount vision plan.
