We handle the following portions of your COBRA administration (for additional fees):

  • Notification Service - After compliance setup, including email notification, we provide initial notice, and qualified event notice, to all employees who are eligible for COBRA continuation for all coverage's necessary. This includes all legal notices in approved language, toll-free access for customer service, approved COBRA election forms and carrier-specific forms, enrollment of COBRA event with carrier, legal documentation of COBRA notification, and follow-on service for COBRA enrollees for plan changes during benefit period.

This Notification Only Service does not include the collection or distribution of premiums. This service is useful for those clients who are handling this portion themselves or have contracted with the insurance carrier or administrator to do such.

COBRA notification services are also available to dovetail with the services of a third-party administrator or insurance carrier wishing to outsource these functions while continuing to provide service to their clients.
